 Relish Long Lunch 

The Relish Long Lunch is a not to be missed dining experience!  The long lunch includes 4 course meal from various chefs located at popular restaurants around the Fraser Coast. Enjoy your celebration of local produce and wine whilst admiring the heritage streetscape of Wharf Street. Sit back and enjoy the melodies of Soul City and Doug Williams whilst enjoying a get-away within the festival hub.

Entree - The Vinyard (Saul Collins)
Main - Ebb & Flow (Mike)
Dessert - Coast Restaurant (Jason England)

One of the only places for a sit down ala carte meal, with one session only. 

Long Lunch Menu

Canape: Chicken liver mousse, CC's rosella jam, pickled onion, chicken chicharron and radish served with house made totopas

Entree: Hervey Bay scallop and prawn terrine with crostini. 

Main: Pork belly with local sweet potato, kumquat and ginger chutney, local greens. 

Dessert: Childers pumpkin cheesecake with pecans and ginger. 

All courses are served with a glass of SEQ wine paired with the flavours of the dish.




 

Bond Store - Gin Joint

Be transformed into an era from the past and visit the Gin Joint. Located in the Bond Store Basement for the Relish festival only. Come and enjoy the delights of a regional distillery, Kalki Moon, and Moffatdale Ridge Winery whilst being awed by burlesque dancing.


Camp Cooking

Come and see the entertaining Ranger Nick, courtesy of Latitude 25, cook up a storm with his gourmet camp cooking. Using local produce he will show you how you can cook an amazing tasty meal using a camp oven and a small fire pit.

Sunny Saturday, music playing, river flowing and barbeque meat.  Does it get any better?

We use a custom-designed American hickory Pellet Smoker, built to order in the United States of America. 

All of the sauces and rubs are made from scratch.

Nothing goes better with slow cooked smoked meat than a icy cold craft beer.

Check out cooking with Kenilworth Dairies, and learn some amazing new skills. They will have cooking demonstrations, showcasing their cheeses and dairy products, where you can learn new recipes and get hands-on experience making delicious, easy recipes!

11:15am - Learn a new recipe haloumi, fig and quinoa salad

2:45pm - Smashed Avocado salad with chilli garlic fetta

3:30pm -  Hands-on masterclass: make delicious dips using Kenilworth yogurt



Bubbles on the Boat

Enjoy the very best of local sparkling wine aboard the Hervey Bay Boat Club’s vessel, Amaroo, accompanied by cheese platters, all while enjoying a relaxing cruise down the Mary River.
