 Relish Long Lunch 

$115 per person

The Relish Long Lunch returns in 2017 with a 4 course set menu from chefs located at popular restaurants around the Fraser Coast including The Vinyard, EAT @ Dan & Steph’s, Coast Restaurant & Bar and Cafe Muddy Waters. Enjoy your celebration of local produce and wine in the beautiful Heritage Listed Queens Park. Sit back and enjoy the soft sounds of local entertainment away from the main festival hub.  One of the only places for a sit down ala carte meal, with one session only - this is not to be missed!

Hill of Promise Winery & Cellar Door and Villa Cavour Bed & Breakfast have partnered to present you the perfect wine and food appreciation sessions. Send your taste buds into overdrive with a range of delicious wines with something on offer for all palates, paired with mouthwatering canapes made by Italian chef Rocco Turina.  Each session runs for 40 minutes.

Bubbles on the Boat

Bush Tucker Talk & Taste

Join the team from Kingfisher Bay Resort as they explore the taste of Australia and discover the delights of our native bush tucker. Rangers will present a selection of foods in their natural, raw state and explain where these foods can be found. The chef will then show you how to use these items in cooking and let guests have samples. Book Now.

 Beer & Food Matching

"Craft beer starts here" and so should you. Come sample the delicious offerings from the Bargara Brewing Company in the beautiful surrounds of the Criterion Hotel Beer Garden. Your host, Jack will take you through some of the Bargara Brewing Range matched beautifully to gourmet canapes created by Russell Czinge from Bay Fusion. Brie & Camembert Making

$5 per person - 4 sessions from 11am

Join award winning, accredited permaculture teacher Elisabeth Fekonia for this workshop which will teach you how to make brie and easy camembert cheese. Elisabeth is passionate about teaching people to help themselves to their own home food production. Attendees have the opportunity to assist with different steps in the cheese making process, sample the delicious cheeses and take home Elisabeth's recipes. Book Now.

Sausage King Competition

8 categories to be won

The Australian Meat Industry Council and Relish Fraser Coast have teamed up to showcase a gourmet experience, exhibiting the local independent butchers from the Wide Bay/Burnett regions. The competition features 6 categories of sausages and 2 categories of burgers that would make anyone's mouth water. Be sure to drop by and check out the competition at Relish.

Bond Store Tipples and Tales

If the walls could talk, the Bond Store would have plenty of stories to tell. Lucky for us, the Bond Store's Gauger has a few tales to share. Enjoy some delicious platters, ports, liqueurs and good company as the Gauger reminisces the Bond Store's good ol' days.
